ทศวรรษ 1930 เป็นยุคปลายความทันสมัย ขีดสุดของผลผลิตอุตสาหกรรมและการเดินทางทางเรือ ตามมาด้วยเครื่องบินที่เริ่มคึกคัก การเกิดพรรคนาซีเยอรมัน การเติบโตของผลผลิตโรงเรียนออกแบบและความคิดแบบเบาเฮาส์ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นยุคเศรษฐกิจโลกตกต่ำสุดขีด เกิด Great Depression สงครามกลางเมืองในจีน เป็นจุดผลิกผันทางประวัติศาสตร์ก่อนเข้าสู่สงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง บรรยากาศเหล่านี้คือสิ่งที่ดีไซน์เนอร์และเจ้าของคือ สิงห์ พยายามจะแสดงออกผ่านเคาเตอร์ที่จำลองจากปีกเครื่องบินในยุคนั้นรวมถึงเก้าอี้ Tolix ซึ่งออกแบบโดยนักออกแบบฝรั่งเศสในยุคที่เหล็กคือทองคำ เก้าอี้ Emigo หล่อจากอลูมิเนียมน้ำหนักเบาสำหรับใช้ในเรือดำน้ำ และเก้าอี้นักเรียนเก่าในเยอรมันที่ลูกค้าของ EST.33 ช่วยประมูลมาให้จาก Ebay

Matte, metal and mathematical sum up the character of the Native cuff designed by Bangkok-based Trimode Studio. Like all projects in the team’s multi-disciplinary portfolio, the Native collection is informed by a mix of inspirations. Here, the idea is in combining the flourish of traditional jewellery with modern minimalism. The designers derived the piece by superimposing mathematical forms on timeless jewellery patterns, and brass was selected as a material for contemporary feel . ” As the patterns in the design are very feminine, we used matte, masculine colours for contrast and to show of f the detailing,” the designers say of the piece that is available in either silver-plated white or rhutinium black.
